The Hartsville Downtown Development Association is working hard to grow and revitalize the Hartsville downtown business district, with many success stories over the past few years. Established in 1987, the Hartsville Downtown Development Association is a group of local downtown merchants and concerned citizens who are interested in revitalizing our community's downtown business area.

Our desire is to stimulate and create opportunities for reinvestment in the central business district of Hartsville, through an organized program of promotion, marketing, design assistance and public-private partnerships.
