The Hartsville Downtown Development Association is working hard to grow and revitalize Downtown Hartsville. HDDA, established in 1987, is a group of local downtown merchants and concerned citizens who are interested in revitalizing our community's downtown business district. As a member of Main Street SC, our desire is to stimulate and create opportunities for reinvestment in Downtown Hartsville through an organized program of economic development, design, promotion and organization.
The Hartsville Downtown Development Association invites you to be a part of our efforts to revitalize and preserve our downtown area. Partner memberships are available at various levels. If you would like to join, please print out the application form from the Business Center, complete it and send it with your check to the address indicated.
